We do not offer the order matching service during busier periods such as launches and discount sales.

The processing time for orders is one to two working weeks.

During sales, promotions and collection launches, the delay can be 2 to 3 working weeks.

Pre-order processing time is 4-6 business weeks.

The size chart is available in the item's product sheet. If however there is none, opt for the size you usually wear.

Once the order has been processed, the delivery time is one to two working days.

If you receive a defective item or if an error has crept into your order, Jules & Nolan undertakes to replace the items free of charge. You must first go to our returns portal and follow the steps to obtain an approval from our team within 7 days of receipt of the goods to make a return at no cost.

Please note that items on sale over 30% are FINAL SALES and are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect or order error on our part, the return of the items is at your expense. You must go to our return portal to report the items that will be returned. Since the return label will be emailed to you by our automated system and it is prepaid, the shipping costs that will be charged to our account, will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. ($8.99+tax)

Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment, in their original condition (tagged, unworn and unwashed) along with the invoice of the order. You can reuse the bag initially received thanks to a second adhesive strip at the top of the bag. A refund will be posted to your account within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

We are at the workshop from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, it is best to make an appointment when we contact you when your order is ready.

PayPal account, Apple Pay, Sezzle and credit cards are accepted.

Only one promotional code per order will be accepted. Two promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated.

Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to add a promotional code. Keep it for a next order.

It is not possible to modify an order already placed. Only the cancellation of an unprocessed order is possible. To obtain a cancellation of an order awaiting processing, write to us at info@julesetnolan.com

To optimize the life of our garments, please wash them with fabrics of the same colors and textures, in cold water, upside down and hang to dry. We do not guarantee the state of the garment once it has been washed with towels or with garments fitted with rigid fittings (such as zippers or Velcro), or put in the dryer since the heat damages the fiber.
